Quotations, orders and payment
Prices, availability and lead times shared over email, WhatsApp or this website are indicative and subject to confirmation. An order is only confirmed once we issue a written proforma invoice or sales contract and the agreed payment terms are met. Any taxes, duties, freight and bank charges are payable as stated in that document.
Shipping, documentation and delivery
Import and export shipments are handled on the Incoterms agreed in writing for each order. We prepare standard trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists and certificates where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, inspection or other events outside our control.
Product compliance and end use
Perfume, food and chemical products are supplied for lawful use only. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the goods, their labelling and their intended use comply with the regulations of the destination country, and for obtaining any licence, permit or registration required before import.
Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management services
Property listings, rentals and investment details shown or shared by us are for information only and do not constitute an offer, valuation or investment advice. All property transactions are subject to owner confirmation, due diligence and the signing of separate legal documents.
Cancellation and returns
Confirmed orders for custom, perishable or hazardous goods cannot normally be cancelled or returned. Any claim relating to quantity, damage or quality must be raised in writing, with supporting evidence, within seven days of delivery.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
